"I’ve been with Ann Ton for about 3 years now, and I’m trying to get new quotes for home and auto insurance. I’ve been struggling to reach someone. No one picks up the phone or answers calls, no one is responding to texts or emails anymore. They used to be great and responsive, but now I can’t reach anyone. I had to visit the office in-person, only to be met with a sign that said it was by appointment only. I knocked until someone was able to help me, and I got a Binder. A week later, when calling the main State Farm line, I found the changes still haven’t been put into the system. I feel stuck. It’s too close to renewal time to deal with this."

"Welcoming environment! Ms. Ann is always there to help you with her friendly staff. Update - 05/08/24 : About three months ago I gave 5 Stars because the office staff was very nice when I visited the office, but now I realized that phone service is very poor. Nobody was answering my phone calls, since last Friday (left voice messages), and I had to send an email yesterday 05/07/24, requesting a callback, and I received a call today."
